Controversial singer and businesswoman Akothe recently threatened to call the cops on her two daughters, Rue Baby and Vesha.
The self-proclaimed president of single mothers accused her two daughters of bringing home the dreaded coronavirus. This was despite the two explaining that they had sanitized.
It all begun when an excited Rue ran to hug her mother. However, Akothe was hesitant. She instructed her daughter to disinfect her hands and to change her clothes.
Rue tried to explain that she had disinfected when she alighted from the plane. However, her mother could hear none of it.
“Have you sanitized? Have you washed your hands? Take off those clothes and take a shower. You just came from the airport, and you want to hug me. The seats at the airport have coronavirus. Take a shower and even get into the pool to disinfect,” Akothe instructed Rue clearly, not willing to take chances.
The singer then cautioned that coronavirus knows no boundaries. She acknowledged that the virus is not a respecter of persons.
“Coronavirus has no boundaries; it is real. It does not know whether you are my daughter or mother! I do not want a hug! Social distancing,” Akothe added.
Shortly after, Akothe’s other daughter Vesha walked into the room. As expected, she went straight to greet and hug her mum. However, the musician rejected her greetings just like she did with Rue.
Akothe instructed her to go and disinfect.
“Madam, director, go and take off those clothes and soak them in jik,” the musician instructed her soft-spoken daughter.
Despite her mother’s instructions, Vesha tried to continue with the conversation. She tried explaining that she had sanitized after her trip, but Akothe would hear none of it.
When Vesha tried persisting, Akothe threatened to call the cops.
“Do not come near me. I will call the police on you! Are you coming to me with corona? Look at this idiot.” Akothe commented.
