Gospel musician Guardian Angel and his wife Esther Musila have opened up on the nature of their relationship.

Fight over Guardian’s music
Musila disclosed that they mostly had smooth sailing since they started dating.
“This is a relationship I have not struggled with at all. Everything just played out very well with no hitches,” she said.
However, Musila disclosed that they argued over Guardian’s music while they were still dating.
“The only argument we had was about a song of his that he wanted to pull down and I didn’t. He thought I was already being in control of his music,” she said.
Guardian added that he wanted Musila’s opinion on pulling down the song, but her response irked him.
“When I released Yesu Sio Mwizi, there was this conversation around the song that I did not like. I wanted to pull down the piece, and when I asked her opinion, she told me she did not understand the industry and I should do whatever I wanted.
That is what offended me,” he said, adding that he did not talk to her for a day.
COVID-19 blessing for Musila
Musila added that that was the most prolonged period they went without speaking, and they rarely had misunderstandings.
She also credited the COVID-19 pandemic for bringing them closer, saying:
“Thank you, COVID-19 for coming because you gave me a husband. For the past two years, I have been working from home and we got to know each other in and out. It has been bliss.”
Saving Musila’s number
TUKO.co.ke previously reported that the singer saved Musila’s number as ‘my wife’ after their first date.
“I have been in a relationship where I never saved that person’s number. She (Musila) is the first woman I am in a relationship with that I saved on my phone,” he said.
Asked if he dated other women before, Guardian said:
“I have been in relationships before meeting Musila and we (my exes and I) used to have conversations on why I haven’t saved their numbers.”
