Former convicted felon turned gospel singer Jowie Irungu, has finally recovered his Youtube channel after being hacked by unknown fraudsters two weeks ago.
Jowie shared the fantastic news on social media earlier today thanking his fans for their patience during the short period when he was trying to recover his account.
The singer had, however, played low with the news of his hacked account and only spoke about it today after he had already reacquired it.
Jowie revealed that he had been praying hard for his lost account, and he was grateful to God for finally answering his prayers.
“God is good. My Youtube channel was hacked two weeks ago, but the Lord is good, we are back like never before. Thanks to my fans for being patient. Thank you Jesus for hearing our prayers.” wrote an excited Jowie.
Jowie chose to change his life for the better after his traumatizing experience in Kamiti maximum prison by choosing to pursue one of his long-suppressed talents, music.

He chose Youtube as the primary platform for sharing his music. Due to his previous controversies and countrywide popularity, Jowie Irungu’s Youtube channel blew up instantly, and he was able to acquire up to 20k subscribers within a few days.
Mr Irungu’s first official song nishikilie also became a countrywide sensation which amassed over three hundred thousand views within a short period, which saw the new singer get several interviews in Kenya’s top media houses.
Unfortunately for him, hackers who have become a giant menace in this current internet society targeted his new fast-growing account, and just like comedian Nasra’s and Youtuber Raych’s channels, Jowie Irungu’s Youtube account fell victim too.
Jowie Irungu currently resides with his gorgeous model girlfriend Ella, who he has stayed with ever since his release from prison earlier this year.
Together, they are raising Ella’s child Chanel Nikita, who Jowie accepted as his own, despite the young girl being sired by a different man.
