Saumu Mbuvi, daughter to Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko has urged young girls to respect themselves and stop risking their lives and dignity in the name of setting standards.
In a post seen by Kenyannews.co.ke, the outspoken mother of two called on girls of the current generation to stop risking their dignity and character, just because they want to prove points to people who do not even care about them.
Samu Mbuvi who is dating Lamu Senator County Anwar Lotiptip went on to ask them to be wise and live a life that they and their children’s children will be proud of as they owe themselves a better future.
She added that being a bad girl with a don’t care attitude is not an achievement.
“Dear girls of these generations. Stop putting your life, dignity, and character on the line in the name of setting standards just to prove a point to people like us who don’t even care. Be wise girls, live a life you and your children’s children would be proud of you owe yourself a better future. Being a bad bitch is not an achievement at all. Let it sink in,” said Saumu Mbuvi.
Saumu’s advice comes a week after she penned down a moving message to her two young girls telling them that there’s more to life than just attention from men.
She promised her daughters that she will always love them, reminding them that they were born queens and that there is nothing they cannot achieve in life if they stay focused.
Saumu went on to say that she will teach them the things she learned when she was older and that she will not blame her mistakes on them.
Saumu and her boyfriend were blessed with a baby girl in March this year. Her firstborn daughter is from her previous failed relationship with Benson Gatu.
