Stretch marks – Anita Nderu’s classy claps back at troll who tried to body shame her

Media personality Anita Nderu was not going to have any troll on social media get in her head after one tried to body shame her.

The former Capital and NTV presenter uploaded her picture on her Instagram page to show some skin. As most of her fans congratulated her, one troll going by the name @fatmahibrahim1 (her social media name) decided to take a different route asking her why she had stretch marks and she had not given birth yet.

The former Teen RepubiK show host responded by telling her that stretch marks, cellulite, random color patches, fat here and there is part of being a human being. She added that she decided not to edit the picture because she wanted everyone to feel confident about who they are as there was no need for lying about her appearance.

“Sweetheart, stretch marks, cellulite, and random color patches, and fat here and there is part of being a human being. I chose to go edit free this year because I want everyone to feel confident about who they are,” read part of Anita’s response.

Former Churchill Show comedienne Teacher Wanjiku jumped to Anita’s defense asking the girl to stop portraying her ignorance as she reflected her performance in class.

In a previous Truth or Drink session with YouTuber Anne Mwaura, the beautiful presenter admitted that she would rather sleep with rapper Octopizzo instead of Prezzo. She said that she did not have anything against the My City, My Town rapper but there was no chance in the world that the two would end up in bed together.

She explained that she had grown up listening to Naleta Action rapper. Last year, she revealed that she contemplated committing suicide after months of going through depression caused by people she well knew. She, however, decided to let go of the anger and move on as she did not have a choice.

Anita studied at Viena College in Namgongo Uganda before later joining Unites States International University (USIU).
