Why Tanzanian singer Juma Jux broke up with mzungu girlfriend

Tanzanian RnB singer Juma Jux has revealed that he cannot do long-distance relationships and that is why he broke up with his model girlfriend Nayika who is from Thailand.

In a recent interview with celebrated radio show host and emcee Shaffie Weru, the Utaniua singer claimed that long-distance was not his cup of tea.

He added that he was done with long-distance relationships before stressing out that he was single.

“It didn’t work out men, a long-distance relationship is so difficult. I can’t. Now sitaki wanawake wa mbali, wanawake wa mbali siwawezi. I can’t take it anymore. Now I’m single. Her name was Nayika she is from Thailand,” he stated.

He went on to explain the reason for their break up was that Nayika could not move to Tanzania and he could not move to Thailand because he has a lot of things to do.

“Nilikuwa namua kwa muda, tukawa serious kidogo, the thing is the distance tu. She can’t move here and I can’t move there because I have a lot of things to do. Kwa hiyo tulikuwa tunafika mahali inakuwa too much so we parted ways,” he explained.

The Unaniweza singer introduced Nayika to the public April last year during one of their vacations as they flaunted their love to the public. However, towards the end of the year, their chemistry seemed off.

Early this year, Nayika was asked by one fan if she was still in a relationship with the singer where she confirmed that she had already moved on. Both pictures of them together on their respective Instagram accounts.

Jux started his relationship with Nayika after he broke up with long term girlfriend and fellow Tanzanian singer Vanessa Mdee. The two had once separated before going back together but it did not work.

Jux once confessed that he was the one to blame for his break up with the Cash Madame singer. Vanessa moved on and is in a relationship with Nigerian-American movie star and singer Rotimi.
