Award-winning songbird Akothee, socialite and businesswoman Vera Sidika and self-proclaimed King of Comedy in Africa Eric Omondi know how to get people talking about them and last December was no different.
The three celebrities hit the club and one thing led to another that saw the former Churchill Show comedian be placed in the middle as the ladies ground on him as they were being recorded. The video made waves and it has now reached 37 million views on Facebook and 3.2 million views on YouTube.
The Give It To Me singer took to her Instagram page wondering why the video of the three dancing and having fun would gain so much attention. She went on to say that her former boyfriend Kevin has never gotten over the video and every time, he sends her the link with all kinds of insults.

The mother of five recently blamed Eric Omondi for his former boyfriend leaving her after he first saw the video. She has also expressed her admiration for the funnyman saying that she loved him from the first time she learned about him on social media. She said that Eric was a rare gem as his hard work and determination to always win is unmatched.
Akothee has never been shy to talk about her failed relationships having been married at a tender age of 14 years and getting three children in her first three years of marriage. The marriage did not last and she went to stay with her brother where she did a taxi job. She then met a man from Switzerland who ended becoming her boyfriend. The two later went to stay in Switzerland but their relationship came crumbling down despite being pregnant for him.
She left Switzerland and came back to Kenya to focus on music as her career. Her decision paid off and she has gone on to win a number of awards on the international stage as well as collaborating with big African artists. She is also the founder and C.E.O of Akothee Safaris. She is currently riding high on her new hit song dubbed Mwiituasa.
