Learn how to make a super tasty, quick chicken pie without wheat flour

Sometimes that desire to eat a soft and tasty pie hits, but just thinking about the preparation time makes you want to quit, right?

This chicken pie recipe is super easy to make and only lasts 15 minutes, and can be served for lunch, dinner or even an afternoon snack. And the best of all is that it is a well stuffed pie and with a dough in the fit version, as it does not take wheat flour.

  • 6 tablespoons of almond milk or skimmed cow’s milk
  • 8 tablespoons of oatmeal or brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cake yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of corn
  • 4 tablespoons shredded breast
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • Salt, natural herbs and pepper to taste.
  • Preparation mode

    In a bowl place milk, oil, salt, and yeast. Mix well with a fouet or fork. Gradually add the flour and continue stirring well.

    Grease a container with olive oil and place half the dough. For the filling, mix the chicken with tomato sauce, corn and spices. Put all the filling in the pie and cover with the rest of the dough. Finish with Parmesan cheese and bake at 180 ÂșC for 10 to 15 minutes.
