How to take

The way to use Eno fruit salt is to dissolve 1 teaspoon of Eno or 1 envelope in 200 mL of water, wait for the effervescence to complete and drink it after it has completely dissolved.

If necessary, the dose can be repeated once more, at least 2 hours after the first ingestion. It is not recommended to take more than 2 envelopes or 2 teaspoons of Eno fruit salt per day, nor for more than 14 days. If symptoms persist, consultation with a gastroenterologist is recommended.

Possible side effects

Side effects of Eno fruit salt include intestinal gas, belching, bloating, and mild gastrointestinal irritation.
