Home-made whole grain bread is a healthy and nutritious item, perfect for making breakfast or afternoon snacks. After all, it has granola, which promotes a feeling of satiety and is beneficial for intestinal health, and nuts, rich in good fats and with anti-inflammatory effect.
Who shares the recipe is the nutritionist Ana Paula Poniewas. The following is a step-by-step on how to make whole bread:
In a bowl, place water and peanut or sunflower oil. Then gradually add the yeast, sugar, salt, flaxseed, granola, wheat bran and oat, rye and whole wheat flours. Mix everything until it gets consistency.
Then, separate a mold and grease it with vegetable oil. Then pour the mixture and sprinkle crushed walnuts and granola to taste on top. Set aside until the dough doubles in volume. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes over medium heat. Okay, just consume.
