How to use
This drug should only be used as medically indicated, and the dose depends on the form of presentation, which can be:
- Oral use: the normally recommended dose of piroxicam is 1 tablet of 20 to 40 mg as a single daily dose, or 1 tablet of 10 mg twice a day;
- Rectal use: the normally recommended dose is 20 mg piroxicam a day before bedtime;
