Thermogenic soup for those who crave carbohydrates

Learn healthy, practical and ideal recipe for the coldest nights

This is one of those practical options to prepare that guarantee dinner on the coldest days, but without abusing the calories or leaving the flavor aside.

The thermogenic soup takes delicious ingredients that are easy to find on the market, in addition to being ready in less than 30 minutes. Its combination is anti-inflammatory, helps to increase immunity and helps in burning fat. Too much, right?

Thermogenic Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of lentil tea
  • 2 small chopped carrots
  • ½ cup of chopped red pepper tea
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • ½ cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste.
  • Preparation mode

    In a large saucepan, cook the lentils, carrots and red pepper in boiling water until all the ingredients are tender.

    Drain the cooking water and transfer the contents to the blender. Add the garlic, onion, olive oil, paprika and turmeric. Beat everything until it forms a homogeneous mixture.

    Transfer the mixture to a large saucepan and place it on the fire. Finally, add the black pepper and salt to taste and turn off the heat.
