Productive lessons from the covid-19 calamity

The entire globe currently faces a great crisis. Food shortage, quarantine, travel bans, closed borders, and much more. Being a human now isn’t easy as the virus doesn’t care about a person’s status, fame, or money.

During turbulent times, people tend to feel confused, sad, worried and stressed. Right now, people are continuously battling emotional distress and mental illnesses as a result of dramatic life changes. However, you can focus on the good as there’s high power in faith and hope.

1. Life isn’t all about serving, but it’s also about existing.

We live in a fast-paced world where most of us concentrate on achieving and performing. Since childhood, the universe has conditioned us to deliver an exemplary life. To survive, most of us need money as a survival instrument.

However, is our existence all about jobs, money, and performance? What if our sole purpose on earth is to be happy simply? At the moment, we have the gift of time, a golden opportunity, so why not just revere in it.

2. We are one

In a world full of wars, divisions, poverty, hunger, and much scarcity, we remain one in times of adversity. In moments of physical disconnection, staying emotionally connected is a major blessing. Moreover, support, giving, collaboration, unity, empathy, and compassion have stood out during these trying times.

3. Challenges mostly lead to growth.

Sustainable growth occurs in times of adversity since you need to stretch because things seem to move seamlessly.

Currently, most schools have embraced online classes, which means school systems will restructure their way of learning.

Mother earth continues replenishing because reduced traffic means o planes, fewer cars, and now people can enjoy cleaner air and water.

4. Everything becomes more comfortable when we stay grounded.

The covid-19 pandemic has proven that life can be unpredictable. Anytime you find yourself tormented with the uncertainties ahead, try and imagine the good that can come out from the moment.
