Miguna Miguna shares photos of his family as he celebrates 20th anniversary with wife

Outspoken lawyer Miguna Miguna showed his loving side as he celebrated his 20th marriage anniversary with his wife Jane Miguna.

The controversial Canada-based lawyer took to his Facebook page to share photos of his wife and three daughters.

“As crooks were sending Moi to Hell, my lovely wife, the girls and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary of Marriage, Revolutionary Love, Affection and Focus,” read part of his caption.

Miguna Miguna who is a critic to the national government and other state officials was deported after the 2017 General elections. He recently tried to fly back in the country but his efforts were counter-attacked being denied flights by two European airlines after the Kenyan government issued a “Red Notice”.

Both Lufthansa and Air France denied Miguna Miguna the right to fly back to Kenya claiming the orders were from the Kenyan government. However, the government through its spokesman Cyrus Oguna pointed out that the fierce lawyer had been allowed to fly back into the country.

This was his second exile after he fled the country in 1987 when he was detained during the late President Daniel Arap Moi’s regime for championing multi-party democracy. He also served as a senior adviser to the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga from 2009 to 2011. The self-proclaimed General has always kept his family away from the limelight.
