Guilty plea

The police officers later arraigned him in Makadara Law Courts. He appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Angelo Kithinji.

Asman was charged with the offense of offensive conduct.

The charges were read to him. Asman did not deny the charges. He pleaded guilty to the charge. Further, he admitted to the facts of the case.

Similar incident

This incident has happened just a few weeks after residents in Nairobi sued one of their neighbors.

According to his neighbors, the accused neighbor terrorizes the whole neighborhood with his loud music. Previously, the compound was very peaceful especially on weekends.

The new neighbor did not take his time to learn how things work in his new neighborhood.

The landlady was contacted several times but she took no action. For this reason, the tenants decided to deal with the matter themselves.
