Ngoma yako ni takataka – Cate Rira blasts Bahati after featuring Boondocks Gang in new gospel song

Controversial gospel singer Bahati has been on the receiving end for the better part of the week after he released his new song dubbed Taniua featuring secular Gengetone group Boondocks Gang.

Fans have called out the Mama singer and the latest person to lecture the father of two is Nation FM radio host Cate Rira who labelled the song as mediocre and a bunch of nonsense.

The radio presenter took to her social media page to call out the singer and the entertainment industry, pointing out that the reason why the industry never grows was because mediocre music is always praised.

“Bahati first of all this is some bunch of nonsense kwangu. Hii ni takataka kusema ukweli. I have no better word. If you feel bad take it with someone else,” she stated.

Cate who is also a Public Relations strategist went on to call out Mambo Mseto presenter Willy M. Tuva and Milele FM’s breakfast show host Jalang’o whom she said will promote the song. She went on to stress out that they were the reason why the Kenyan industry is still stagnant.
