Ruto threatened Uhuru – David Murathe explains how

Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe has disclosed how Deputy President William Samoei Ruto threatened President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Murathe claimed that the Deputy President was actively whipping Senators not to attend the President’s PG meeting that was held last week at the State House.

He claimed that the DP’s move had never been seen before in the whole world while stating that the relationship between the two that was once a driving factor was now broken beyond repair.

“It is not a secret the Deputy President was actively whipping Senators not to attend the President’s PG. that’s the height of insolence. It has never been seen in the world before because you cannot imagine President Trump calling a meeting then Vice President Pence is busy telling Senators not to attend,” he explained.

He went on to add that the DP’s move was not defiance but a challenge and a threat. He explained that the DP wanted to show that he had numbers but luckily the numbers failed to add up.

“This is not even defiance; it is a challenge and actually a threat. He was threatening the President and telling him who do you think you are. You can call a meeting and I will show you the numbers. Luckily, their numbers failed to add up,” he added.

Murathe went on to state that the impeachment talk was still on the table adding that the Deputy President should be careful about what he wishes for. He further added that if the DP wanted them to go there, he believes there are enough grounds.

A few days ago, renowned economist and political strategist David Ndii claimed that he was sure that the DP was going to be impeached before the next general elections. He stated that the impeachment would soon be followed by corruption charges.

He went on to state that the DP would use all his money to fight cases but if he confesses, seeks forgiveness, and returns everything he has stolen, he was willing to work alongside him.
