Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has dismissed Machakos governor Alfred Mutua’s claims of threats saying the governor derseves nobody’s attention.
On Monday 16, governor Mutua recorded a statement citing two different occasions where he was threatened by DP Ruto, Senator Murkomen and MP Aden Duale. The governor said that the threats followed his opposing of the DP and his allies’ activities in the country.
On the alleged narrations, Mutua claimed that on two different meetings in statehouse, Murkomen and Duale threatened to deal with him for opposing DP Ruto.
On the first incidence, Dated November 25, Mutua was at state house for unveiling of the Building Bridges Initiative Report. When he greeted Murkomen and Duale the two warned him of his continued critiscm against DP Ruto and his team.
The second incidence was during a meeting to welcome Barbados Prime Minister on Wednesday December 11, at state house and here the DP threatened ‘crush’ him.
However, Murkomen dismissed the allegations terming them as dramatic eposides of Mutua’s Cobra Squad Series.
