Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko finally got hold of the 76-year old Mzee Nathan Ambuti who cycled for four days from Kakamega to Kabarak to attend the late former President Moi’s funeral.
Through his social media platforms, the stylish governor had requested the public to help him find Mzee Ambuti whose story had moved him and wanted to reward him for his obvious adoration of the late former President.
Sonko through his social media pages again revealed that he had gifted “the self-made Peace Ambassador of Kenya” with a Posho mill he had requested to start his own business and a motorbike to ease his movements.
“Today my family donated a Posho Mill machine which he requested from me to start his own business in Butere, it’s a diesel-powered machine which can Mill with electricity and Diesel,” read part of his statement.
