Why is Chelsea replacing it’s goalkeeper before the season is over?

Arrizabalaga, who is the current Chelsea goalkeeper, arrived in the team from Athletic Bilbao in 2018 at $71.6 million, and the unfortunate thing is that he has already conceded 37 goals this season. Currently, Frank Lampard is worried about how this goalkeepers is inconsistent and he is already lining up candidates for his replacement in January.

Court of Arbitration for Sports have upturned Chelsea’s FIFA ban, and the club can purchase new players come January.
During the January transfer window, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard will replace Kepa Arrizabalaga. Frank is not satisfied with Kepa performances since with the 37 conceded goals, he has only 56% chances of saving the ball.

Frank Lampard is disappointed with how Kepa conceded the goal against Bournemouth by rushing out of the line and allowing Dan Gosling to lob the ball over Kepa’s head to the goal post as he backed the net. There is a very high probability that Kepa might decline to leave the club.

Since Kepa’s arrival into the team, he has failed to create a perfect impact that would allow his stay in Chelsea. According to antics on the pitch, Kepa declined to be substituted in February during Carabao Cup Final, which is one of his disobedience cases.

The giants of the Premier League have had two bans of the transfer window by the world’s football regulating body due to breaches of the law and signing in of young players. However, Chelsea filed an appeal to overturn the decision of Arbitration Sports Court, and on Friday, December 6, the verdict reduced the ban to half.
