Ajax have found Sebastien Haller’s replacement

Like the summer of 2019, Ajax Amsterdam risks losing many players during this summer transfer window. Orphan of his striker Sébastien Haller, who left to replace Erling Haaland in Dortmund, the Dutch team would have drawn up a list of three players to replace him. The name of Steven Bergwijn (Tottenham) was already mentioned, as was that of Brian Brobbey (RB Leipzig), whom the Dutch would like to repatriate.

Finally, the third and last name tracked to strengthen the offensive line would be, according to WINE, that of Joshua Zirkzee. The Bayern Munich striker was on loan this season at Anderlecht, with whom he scored 18 goals and provided 13 assists in 47 games. Under contract until June 2023 with the German club, the player could therefore return home, he who would not necessarily be keen to play a supporting role at Bayern. The sales of Gravenberch and Mazraoui from Ajax to Bayern in recent days could facilitate negotiations.
