“Paulo guided the team through several challenges, including the Covid pandemic and a change of ownership, and did so with generosity, fairness and great strength of character. We wish him the best in his future endeavors and are convinced that he will be a fantastic asset wherever he goes ”, can we read in the press release. “Even if the results did not always appear in the field, we are aware of the various positive points that he left us which will continue to help us in our growth, such as the many young talents that he has encouraged and improved and our progress in the Europa League this season ”, added Tiago Pinto, sports director of the club.
