ASSE: Ryad Boudebouz will not join Qatar SC

Claude Puel wanted to launch a large laundry to evacuate the big salaries of the club. If he managed to do so by transferring Yann M’Vila to Olympiakos, Ryad Boudebouz still remained. Not in the plans of his coach, the Algerian was ordered to look elsewhere to save the 4 million euros annual salary.

The 30-year-old attacking midfielder, preceded in the rotation by Adil Aouchiche, therefore turned to the Qatar Sports Club to find a team. But according to information from The team, the negotiations would have collapsed between the two parties. The bottom of the problem would again be the salary: the player wanting to touch net what he touched gross in France. He is therefore back in the Forézien workforce, while he is under contract until 2022.
