The Olympic Games in Tokyo (Japan) are fast approaching. For the 2020 edition, postponed to 2021 (from July 24 to August 8) due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Brazil has just unveiled, a few minutes after revealing Tite’s list for the World Cup qualifiers 2022, the list of 23 players selected to travel to Japan and represent the Seleçao there under the orders of André Jardine, the coach of the Espoirs.
To his delight, Bruno Guimarães (23 years old) was called up and will therefore play in the Olympic Games next summer, while Neymar (29 years old, PSG), who will play in the Copa America with Tite’s Brazil and who had displayed his willingness to participate in the Tokyo Olympics, will watch the event from afar.
