Stade Rennais has just announced on Monday the extension of Flavien Tait’s contract for an additional year, until June 2024. “Although it was truncated by two injuries, Flavien Tait’s season was one of confirmation for our midfielder. Author of 7 goals and 4 assists in all competitions, the 29-year-old has displayed all his talent in 38 appearances this season.explains the SRFC in its press release.
Arrived from Angers in 2019, the 29-year-old midfielder wanted to be part of the continuity within the Breton project. “I am very happy to continue at Rennes. I feel great here. I take great pleasure in the field and in working with Bruno Genesio. With the team, we strip each other. Being part of this project is important to me. We want to continue to grow the club. The objective will be to avoid injuries to continue on a really complete season. I managed to be decisive. We played great games, both at home and away.”he explained on the club’s official website.
