As we announced to you exclusively on our site two days ago, the Franco-Cameroonian midfielder Ibrahim Amadou has signed up with FC Metz for the next six months and will wear the number 32. An officialization which takes place in the day after his termination of contract with Sevilla FC, which he joined in 2018 against 14.4 million euros before stringing loans to Norwich, Leganes and Angers.
The 28-year-old is the second free recruit to FCM after the arrival of Cameroonian central and international defender Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik (32), free from any contract since leaving Gaziantep. He will aim to help the garnet club in its fight to stay in Ligue 1, after having collected only 16 points in 20 league days, relegating it to 19th place in the standings.
