Liverpool: Jürgen Klopp knocks out the Nations League

Before facing Chelsea in the FA Cup final on Saturday at Wembley (5:45 p.m.), Jürgen Klopp was present at a press conference this Friday. The opportunity for the Reds coach to address a new tackle to the League of Nations, a competition recently established and which, according to him, forces players to play more and more games during the year.

“The Nations League is one of the most ridiculous ideas in football. The players have played more than 70 games and we continue with those of the Nations League (after the end of the season). Four, five, six games with the national teams… I would prefer UEFA to take more money from the Champions League finals and get rid of the Nations League.”lamented Klopp in particular in the face of journalists.
