OL’s 2021-2022 season will not go down in history, or at least not for good reasons. Eliminated by West Ham in the quarter-finals of the Europa League, the Lyonnais will not qualify for any European Cup next season since they are 8th in Ligue 1.
While they will play their last match of the season against Clermont on Saturday evening, the Lyon players already know their date of return to training. In fact according to Progress, the men of Peter Bosz, if he is still there, will have to be present from July 1st in Décines. The first day of Ligue 1 will take place during the weekend of August 6 and 7.
