Continuation of the 14th day of the Premier League this Wednesday evening with several matches on the program. Fourth, West Ham almost returned to victory after two defeats in a row in the league but conceded a draw. The Hammers first took the advantage thanks to an achievement from Soucek (9th), while Antonio saw his goal be refused for a foul after the break. But at the end of the game, Maupay equalized for the Seagulls with a superb acrobatic scissor (89th, 1-1). The London club, however, consolidates its place in the top 4, the evening visitors are seventh.
In the other matches, Wolverhampton (6th) had an appointment with Burnley (19th) at home. Unfortunately, the nets did not shake and the two teams parted back to back in a goalless draw (0-0). Finally, at St. Mary’s Stadium, Southampton and Leicester also failed to come out with a 2-2 draw, making it more difficult for the Foxes to drop from tenth to eighth.
