Premier League: Burnley – Leicester postponed!

Initially scheduled for this Saturday on the occasion of the 22nd day of the Premier League, the meeting between Burnley and Leicester has finally been postponed. Due to numerous cases of Covid-19 and several injuries in its workforce, Burnley had requested a postponement from the authorities.

A request accepted as indicated in the official press release of the Clarets, this Friday: “Burnley Football Club can confirm that our Premier League home game against Leicester City on Saturday 15th January has been postponed”. Note that for the Foxes, this is the second match postponed this month because of the health context, after the one against Norwich they were to play on January 1.
