Paris Saint-Germain receives Stade Rennais on Friday February 11 to take revenge on the first leg, lost at Roazhon Park (0-2). Since then, the capital club has not lost in Ligue 1 and has taken off at the top of the standings, currently 11 points ahead of its runner-up, OGC Nice. Nevertheless, the Breton club will have to make the trip without supporters.
Indeed, the SRFC announced via a press release that the visitor parking lot at the Parc des Princes will not welcome red-and-black fans, and this on the decision of the FFF Disciplinary Committee after their use of smoke bombs during their defeat on penalties in the Coupe de France against Nancy (1-1, 3 pens to 4). The club also adds that it is “upset not to be able to count on the support of his supporters in Paris and sanctioned by inappropriate behavior from a minority.”
