RC Lens: Arnaud Pouille evokes Transfer market

Date:

On Thursday, the Professional Football League finally announced the end of the 2019/2020 season of Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. In parallel to this decision, the PSL has established final rankings via a quotient system. Thus, FC Lorient and RC Lens got their ticket to Ligue 1 next season. In an interview with RMC Sport, Racing general manager Arnaud Pouille is already planning on next season and the summer Transfer market. The goal remains clear for the northern club: to retain its best players and young players.

“We start working in January with the free players. So we’ve already started, not knowing which side of the fence we’d be on. We have a little more time, but like everyone else. The Transfer market is arrivals of course, but also departures. I hope that this year we can keep all our good young people. In recent years, we had to part with it because they wanted to play higher, etc. So already, our recruitment will start internally by keeping our best young people. I hope so. Then we’ll try to strengthen the group. It’s going to happen in the next few weeks,” commented on the Director General of the RCL. Next summer promises to be hot in Lens…
