Zlatan Ibrahimovic back for the Milan derby!


Released through injury during the match against Juventus on Sunday (0-0), AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be back for the next league match against Inter Milan on February 5. According to Corriere dello Sport, the Swede who has undergone extensive medical examinations, only suffers from an inflammation of the right Achilles tendon.

The 40-year-old center-forward has already resumed training after two days off granted by his coach Stefano Pioli. The Italian technician who, however, is not sure of the presence of Franck Kessié for this derby. The Ivorian injured his hip on Wednesday during the elimination of Côte d’Ivoire against Egypt in the round of 16 of the CAN.
