Rumors about the launch of an Apple wireless headphone peaked on Wednesday, a few weeks before the official unveiling of the new product that is expected to take place alongside the new iPhone 12 in October.
The information published by Jon Prosser on Twitter shows renderings based on photos and videos to protect the source and we see some very interesting details.
With a premium metal and leather finish, AirPods Studio will offer magnetic shells, reversible design and USB-C connector for audio transfer, without using the dedicated 3.5mm P2 connector.
THE “reversible design” mentioned above means that the user does not need to know which side is the left and which is the right. Automatically the Apple headset will be able to detect the position and adjust the audio based on the internal sensors. The way this will happen has not been revealed, but new information is expected to emerge soon.
Prosser says that AirPods Studio will be equipped with active noise cancellation, the same technology implemented by Apple in AirPods Pro that should gain even better performance in the headphone thanks to the foam and larger size of the accessory.

In the user-posted video above @choco_bit, we see the headphone quickly in its white color being packaged, but the low resolution and the few seconds do not allow us to see much more than that.
As said, AirPods Studio will be announced in October with many exclusive features at the big Apple event that should feature the new MacBook with up to 20 hours of battery life thanks to the new Apple Silicon processor, in addition to AirTags, new HomePods, Apple TV and more.
