While many rumors continue to emerge from all corners of the internet showing divergences regarding the most varied information about the new Apple smartphones, such as the possibility of the most powerful models arriving (or not) with a 120 Hz screen, or differences between leaks on new generation prices and many other details, one thing seems to be increasingly clear: the announcement date and launch of the new iPhone 12.
With four models expected (and some rumors pointing to as many as six), Apple seems to be certain that the announcement and presentation event for the new smartphones will be held sometime in September, with the launch and sales taking place a few weeks later, in the month of October.
Before, both the announcement and launch took place in the same month, but with problems in the manufacture of units due to Covid-19, Apple will need to postpone global availability a little.
If Apple is, in fact, preparing four models, then we will see the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Max as more affordable models, offering high quality OLED screen, 5G connectivity and the same set of cameras as the iPhone 11, while the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max will arrive as the most powerful models of the year, delivering all the best that Apple has to offer.
Still, we will need to wait for more details to know which path Apple is planning to take, as the rumors are still very inconsistent.
