Banco Pan and Claro recently announced a partnership to encourage the opening of digital accounts with the financial institution. The decision was announced so that customers can benefit from both sides with the service offering.
As of this month, the operator will send invitations to its prepaid customers to open a digital account at Banco Pan. Thus, in addition to having the services offered by the account, the Claro customer will also gain 600 MB of data in the mobile franchise in your line.
“Pan has been focusing on projects to expand its digital account customer base and betting on sectors that have synergy, such as cell phone operators. In this model, everyone has advantages. Consumers have access to a special offer, a partner complements their service offer and the bank increases its channel capillarity ”, informs Henry Maeda, Superintendent of Partnerships and New Business at PAN.
This is not the first time, however, that Banco Pan has entered into partnerships with companies in another sector to open digital accounts. The idea is to expand the distribution channels of your accounts. Other companies that have already closed an agreement with the bank are Avus, Drogaria São Paulo and Pacheco, companies in the health sector; Veloe, from the mobility area; and Grão and Mobills, which offer financial education services.
Banco Pan’s digital account has been in operation since February of this year and offers 100% online services and does not charge maintenance fees, a common practice of fintechs in general, such as Nubank and PagBank, for example. Banco Pan also wants to implement, this year, a money investment service, contracting insurance and salary portability, which should arrive later this year.
We remind you that PagBank, which also offers digital account services, also offers the possibility of receiving emergency assistance through its services.
