Samsung is preparing the arrival of the new Galaxy A23 5G as one of the main bets for the entry-level intermediate market, and apparently the model can please those looking for a cheap 5G cell phone with an elegant design and big battery.
Renders and spec details of the device were leaked by the websites LetsGoDigital and Collegedunia reinforcing the design with four cameras and drop notch, and presenting the data sheet with MediaTek chip.
As we see in the images, the Galaxy A23 5G will feature a camera module similar to more expensive models in the Galaxy A series, with a bulge region, three vertically stacked lenses and a small lens and LED flash positioned to the side.

The model features a display with a drop-shaped notch to house the front camera, thick edges and a biometric reader integrated into the power button on the side.
Regarding its datasheet, it is revealed that the Galaxy A23 5G will have a 6.6-inch LCD display with Full HD resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. For those looking for an OLED display, the option will be for the Galaxy A33.
The smartphone will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chip, 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging and options with at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage are expected.
For the camera set, the Galaxy A23 5G should have a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens and two 2 MP sensors for macro and depth lenses.
The new Galaxy A23 5G is scheduled for release in March or April, but a date has not yet been set by rumors or by Samsung. A 4G version of the Galaxy A23 was recently identified and should also be launched at an even lower price.
It is worth remembering that the manufacturer prepares other models in the intermediate series, including the Galaxy A33 and Galaxy A53, which should be announced very soon.
