Microsoft makes its forms generator available to the general public

The online Office suite integrates Microsoft Forms, a tool for generating forms and surveys.

Microsoft Forms is now available to all users. Microsoft’s tool for generating forms and surveys was until now reserved only for professional users or in education.

The utility is available alongside the other tools in the online Office suite, accessible free of charge to all users with a Microsoft account. A direct competitor of Google Forms, Microsoft Forms can be used to generate forms, questionnaires and other surveys.

It is thus possible to ask for written answers, to offer multiple-choice answers, to ask for dates (of birth, for example), or to request an evaluation.

  • Go to Office online (Free)
  • Download Office mobile for Android (Free)
  • Download Office mobile for iPhone (Free)

The generated forms can be shared online through a URL, QR Code and can even be integrated into a web page, and they can also be printed on paper. Microsoft Forms is accessible directly from Office Online but also from the Office Mobile applications on iOS and Android.
