Poco X4 5G: global version is seen on Geekbench with Snapdragon 695


Close to being revealed by Xiaomi, the global version of the Poco X4 5G was recently listed on Geekbench. With Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 processor, the model confirms to be a “copy” of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G also launched for the global market, reinforcing Xiaomi’s confusing launch policy.

Registered with the serial number 2201116PG, the global variant of the Poco X4 5G scored 657 points in the single-core test and 2,053 points in the multi-core evaluation in Geekbench 5. So, the Snapdragon 695 is listed with two cores with clock speed of 2.21 GHz and six cores clocked at 1.8 GHz.

Remembering that Qualcomm’s chipset focuses on performance and high quality image capture. As well, the model offers 5G connection in sub-6 GHz and mmWave formats.

The Poco X4 5G listed on the benchmark platform has 6GB of RAM, but the device is expected to offer options with up to 8GB of RAM. The phone also comes with Android 11 out of the box, possibly with Xiaomi’s MIUI 13 interface.

Possible specs of the Poco X4 5G

As said, the Poco X4 5G will possibly be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. In addition to the Snapdragon 695 chipset, the model should hit the market with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

For photography, the device should offer a triple rear camera with a 108 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP unit for macro photos. Meanwhile, the front camera for selfies would be 16 MP.

Regarding connectivity, the Poco X4 5G can bring access to Wi-Fi 6 networks and Bluetooth 5.1 connection. In addition, the phone would have a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 67 W fast charging.

Listed in telecom agencies of various countries and in the IMEI database, the Poco X4 5G could be announced very soon. Although Xiaomi has not revealed any information, the Poco X4 Pro 5G model and variant should be made official in the coming weeks.
