Anyone who tries to play something on Xbox One, Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X on Thursday night (25) finds the Xbox Live off air. According to the Xbox line status website, the network has been in trouble since late afternoon and a resolution has not yet been announced.
The Microsoft website shows that account, profile, store, subscriptions, cloud games and multiplayer games are down. It is possible to play offline, if the console is authenticated, and use devices on the local network.
On the website DownDetector, which monitors when sites and services go down, there are comments from users who are unable to access the Xbox Live account even from their computer – so the problem affects even those who do not have a console and use, for example, the Game Pass on the PC.
Download was also affected
Even those who try to download some content that was already in the queue for updates or download games face challenges, with stuck downloads and no expected return.
On Microsoft’s social networks, at least Twitter or Facebook, nothing was reported. It remains to wait for a solution to return to play or buy and download content on Xbox.
