Xiaomi announces new Redmi Smart TV A with thin edges in 5 different sizes

After the sales record of Redmi TV Max 98, the Xiaomi subsidiary decided to announce even more models today, are the new Redmi Smart TV A, which are coming in 5 sizes ranging from 32 to 65 inches. The new series was shown today in a post on the Weibo network, where few specifications were revealed by the brand.

The design is very similar to that of the sseries X, since the edges are very thin, so it is possible that they have the same features as the recently launched models, but with more size alternatives and also with a lower price, since Redmi announced the X series as “a screen top of the line for young people“in sizes 50, 55 and 65 inches.

As you can see, the available sizes are: 32, 43, 50, 55, 65 inches, very segmented options that should please all sizes of rooms and pockets, although we have not yet seen their price.

If the specifications are the same as the Smart TV X series, we should see specifications such as LCD screen with 60Hz refresh rate, 4K resolution on most models, 4 12.5W speakers with integrated subwoofer system with Dolby Audio and DTS -HD.

In addition, they can have a custom processor to ensure a satisfying experience with Xiaomi’s custom Android TV system and MEMC technology, which optimizes images by converting them from 24FPS to up to 120FPS.

The Smart TV X series even has built-in microphones so that users can control them via voice commands via Google Assistant.

Another interesting point is the price, which was already low in this version: 1,999 yuan (~ R $ 1,525) for the 50-inch version. However, let’s remember that the specs are only speculation for now and we will only be able to know more about Redmi Smart TVs A when sales start in China soon.
