– NASA leaders led by Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris have visited the demonstrators who were hurt in anti-IEBC demos
– One of the demonstrators was run over by a rogue driver on Monday, October 9 during the protests
– The other one was shot on the foot during the protests in what was called a botched-robbery attempt
– The two are currently receiving treatment at the Kenyatta National Hospital
National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders visited their supporters admitted to hospital after they were hurt during the weekly Opposition protests in Nairobi.
Three were run over by a rogue vehicle driver as they scampered for safety after one of the demonstrators was shot in the leg by an occupant of the vehicle.
The vehicle is believed the vehicle was being used by the police.
Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris, Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo and Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati among other leaders visited all the supporters admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital.
Kenyans are set to go to the ballot on October 26 for repeat presidential election after Uhuru Kenyatta's August win was invalidated by the Supreme Court.
Most of the supporters are suffering from broken bones.
NASA has called for daily protests across the country to push for reforms before an election is held.
