A young man from Coolidge, Arizona, was arrested after forging his own kidnapping.
Brandon Soules, 19, was found next to a water tank with his hands tied behind him with a belt and a banana stuck in his mouth. The information is from the New York Post.
He told police that two hooded men kidnapped him and beat him until he was unconscious. Then the two suspects allegedly drove around town with Brandon strapped to the car and abandoned him where he was found.
After an investigation, the police concluded that there was no evidence that the kidnapping had taken place.
Brandon then confessed to forging the story to escape work. He was arrested for lying to the police.
