Clase Azul Spirits is a company that sells tequila and is preparing a limited edition to honor the artisanal legacy of Mexico – where the drink originates.

On August 2nd, the luxury tequila brand will bring its limited edition 2020 of Clase Azul Gold Tequila, with the aim of “promoting the beauty and traditions of Mexico.”

“Designed for those with an adventurous spirit, Clase Azul Tequila Gold offers a tasty and delicious tequila that embodies one of Mexico’s most famous masterpieces, the spectacular sunset that paints the skies,” said Arturo Lomeli, CEO and founder of the company, to Travel and Leiseure.

According to the company, this edition will be made with a combination of Clase Azul Plata with Clase Azul Reposado, matured in French oak barrels, and an Extra Añejo aged eight years in ex-bourbon barrels – some of the most famous tequilas.

“O its flavor is incomparable and its aroma is captivating, ranging from sublime notes of agave syrup, green apple, orange peel and toasted wood to fig, green olive, ginger, cocoa and dark chocolate”, describes the company in a statement.

While tequila is worth a try, its bottle is also worth a look.

THE bottle is made of sparkling glass placed against a black ceramic base, cast using a technique that the company says took six years to develop.

The combination of glass and ceramic is intended to represent “light enveloping the darkness of night” as the sun sets.

The ceramic base is tied with two gold ribbons handcrafted, making it an excellent choice for collectors and tequila enthusiasts.

“We are excited to add the Clase Azul Gold Tequila, previously launched as a limited edition in 2020, to our portfolio,” he said. Emma Medina, marketing director for Clase Azul Spirits.

“This unique blend of exquisite tequila captures the magical essence of the Mexican sunset and will now be available to provide special moments throughout the year”, added the responsible.

Soon, tequila will be available on the market for around 250 euros the bottle.
