USA: Man accused of killing Burger King employee for delay in order

A man shot and killed an employee working on a drive thru after his friend’s request took too long to get ready. The case took place in Orlando, United States.

Kelvis Rodriguez-Tormes committed the crime against Desmond Joshua in the parking lot of a Burger King located on East Colonial Drive, WKMG reported.

He had entered Burger King at the request of the woman, who started an argument after spending a long time waiting at the drive-thru.

The unidentified woman was reimbursed at $ 40. As she left the cafeteria, she said she would ask “her man” to go to the restaurant, according to an arrest record.

She left and soon returned with Rodriguez-Tormes, who attacked the employee and demanded that he fight with him.

The record of the occurrence also points out that the man gave the employee a rear naked choke before a witness separated them.

Then he returned from his truck with a gun and shot Joshua, the police said. The employee was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.

Rodriguez-Tormes will answer for murder, destruction of evidence and possession of weapons.
