Young people continue to struggle to access the internet


Coordinator of the ySKILLS project in Portugal, she highlights several common points that should deserve attention in educational policies and practices, at school and in families.

About half of young people continue to face difficulties in accessing the internet or a computer when they are at home, according to data available in the national report carried out by the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, within the scope of the European project ySkills ( youth skills), which interviewed Portuguese, German, Finnish, Italian, Polish and Estonian teenagers.
