At the end of his rope, Kiki Bertens left the court in tears and in a wheelchair after his victory against Sara Errani in the second round of Roland Garros. The Italian did not hesitate to laugh at her physical problems.
It is a match for the least particular which took place this Wednesday between Sara Errani and Kiki Bertens, during the second round of Roland-Garros. The few spectators present in the stands of court number 14 were first able to see the 33-year-old Italian in great difficulty on her service. At the end of the first set, the former world number 1, finalist Porte d’Auteuil in 2012, lost his means by missing several throws in a row.

Bertens in immense suffering
After the loss of the first set, however, she managed to raise her head to win the next set, before losing after three hours of play. A defeat visibly difficult to digest for Errani, who left the court without saluting his opponent. She also threw a ball into the stands and let out a “Va Fan Culo” (“go make you crazy ***”) as she came off the court. A few minutes earlier, she had even made fun of Bertens and his physical problems by imitating him in the middle of a match.
