As long as the players remain in the county, the measures provide for prevent these individuals from joining the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York. The American Tennis Federation has an obligation to follow government actions taken at the state, city and county levels, recalls the ‘US Open. Anyone who has been identified as having had prolonged close contact with the infected player will be required to observe a quarantine in their room. “
“Kristina Mladenovic is one of those individuals concerned and since the doubles competition has started, the team formed by Kristina Mladenovic and Timea Babos has been excluded from the table,” concluded the organization of the tournament in a statement.
